Massage therapy center

Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s most complete detoxification therapy — and it’s a lot more than just a massage. It’s a carefully sequenced program that draws out deep-seated toxins (Ama) from your tissues, restores the natural balance of your Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas, and leaves you feeling genuinely lighter — mentally and physically.

At Swaanubhutii, your Panchakarma program is built around you. Dr. Dipti Deshpande begins with a Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) to understand your current state before putting together a treatment plan. Therapies may include Abhyanga (warm herbal oil massage), Shirodhara (medicated oil poured over the forehead), Vamana, Virechana, Basti, or Nasya — depending on what your body needs.

People come to us for Panchakarma from Warje, Kothrud, Bavdhan, and Sinhagad Road. Many are dealing with chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, skin problems, or simply the kind of burnout that sleep doesn’t fix. Most leave saying they wish they’d come sooner.

A full Panchakarma course typically runs 7 to 21 days. We’ll tell you honestly what we think will help — and what won’t.

Joint & Muscle Care — Natural Pain Relief Without Dependency

Knee pain that wakes you up at night. A stiff back that makes mornings miserable. A neck that cramps up after two hours at a desk. If any of this sounds familiar, Ayurvedic joint care might give you the relief you’ve been chasing.

In Ayurveda, most joint and muscle pain comes down to aggravated Vata and the accumulation of Ama in the joints — which is why simply popping a painkiller rarely solves anything long-term. Our therapies work by nourishing depleted joint tissues, reducing inflammation naturally, and restoring the mobility that pain has been stealing from you.

Depending on your condition, Dr. Dipti Deshpande may recommend Janu Basti (warm medicated oil pooled over the knee), Kati Basti (for lower back), Greeva Basti (for the neck and cervical region), Pinda Sweda (hot herbal poultice massage), or a combination of Abhyanga and internal Ayurvedic medicines.

We regularly treat patients with osteoarthritis, cervical spondylitis, lumbar spondylitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, and sports-related muscle injuries. Most notice a meaningful difference within the first week of treatment.

Skin Rejuvenation — Ayurvedic Treatments for Lasting Glow

Your skin is usually the first place that shows when something is off inside — whether that’s stress, a sluggish digestive system, hormonal shifts, or accumulated toxins in the blood. That’s why our skin treatments at Swaanubhutii always begin with an internal assessment, not just a look at the surface.

We use traditional Ayurvedic therapies — Mukha Lepam (custom herbal face packs), Rakta Shodhana (blood purification herbs), Udvartana (herbal powder massage), and targeted Panchakarma procedures — to address the root cause of your skin concerns. No harsh chemicals. No side effects. Just herbs, oils, and a treatment plan that’s built around your skin type and dosha constitution.

We see patients with acne (including hormonal acne), pigmentation and dark spots, premature ageing, dry or dull skin, eczema, and psoriasis. Results take a little patience — this isn’t a quick fix — but they last, because we’re treating the cause, not covering it up.

If you’ve tried creams and facials and keep ending up back at square one, it might be time to try a different approach.

Hair & Scalp Care — Ayurvedic Treatment for Hair Fall & Thinning

Hair fall is rarely just about your hair. In Ayurveda, excessive shedding, premature thinning, and a dry, itchy scalp are almost always connected to internal imbalances — excess Pitta (heat), nutritional deficiencies at a tissue level, or ongoing stress that’s disrupting your body’s natural renewal cycle.

At Swaanubhutii, hair and scalp treatments start with understanding what’s driving the problem. Dr. Dipti Deshpande will assess your Prakriti (body constitution), diet, stress levels, and current health before recommending a course of treatment. This typically includes medicated herbal oil massages (with oils selected specifically for your scalp condition), Shirodhara for stress-related hair fall, Nasya therapy for head and scalp nourishment, and internal herbal supplements to strengthen hair from the root up.

Whether you’re dealing with post-partum hair loss, stress-related shedding, dandruff that keeps coming back, or thinning that’s been creeping up gradually — we’ve seen it, and we have a treatment path for it.
